How does the 'Intelligent Chatbot' compare to say, what ManyChat offers? Is it actually smarter?

I've used both. Run It's Intelligent bot feels more, well, intelligent, especially with handling complex queries and understanding context. ManyChat is good for flows, but Run It gets deeper into AI.

They mention NLP training and custom personas, so I'd imagine it's more about the actual 'brain' of the bot rather than just pre-programmed responses like some others.
